Filling in each placeholder
- Otp (sample: 4821): Generate a fresh random code for each request; 4 to 6 digits is typical.
- Awb (sample: BPL123456789): Use the same reference format that appears on your invoices, receipts or software, so customers and staff can match it quickly.
This template has 2 placeholders and a body of 134 characters before values are filled in. RCS card descriptions can be longer than SMS, but the first line should still carry the key information, as previews are truncated.

OTPs over RCS should stay simple: the code, its validity and a warning not to share it. Many businesses keep OTPs on SMS for the widest device coverage.
