Before You Pay

  • Only pay against an invoice or quotation issued by DND Teams, and check that the amount matches it.
  • Payment details are shared only through our official number +91 88274 09728 or email info@dndteams.com. If you receive payment details from anywhere else, confirm with us before paying.
  • Keep your payment reference and share it with us so we can match the payment to your invoice.
  • Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

How Payments Work

Every payment should relate to an invoice or a quotation that you have received from us. When you ask for payment details on WhatsApp or by email, we reply with the amount due, the invoice or quotation number and the payment methods available for that invoice. Once the online payment link is live, it will show the same details before you pay.

After paying, send us the payment reference, such as the UTR number for a bank transfer or the transaction ID for a UPI payment. We match it to your invoice and confirm receipt. If you pay several invoices together, tell us which invoices the payment covers so that each one is marked as paid.

GST invoices and receipts

Our tax invoices show our GSTIN and, for registered businesses, your GSTIN and billing details, so that you can claim input tax credit where you are eligible. Please share your correct legal name, GSTIN and billing address before the invoice is issued, because changing an invoice after it has been reported can take time. If your business deducts TDS on our invoice, let us know the amount deducted and share the TDS certificate when it is available, so that we can reconcile your account.

Prepaid messaging credits

For bulk SMS, WhatsApp, voice and RCS services, credits are added to your account after the payment has been received and matched to your invoice. If you need credits urgently, share the payment reference as soon as you have paid, so that we can check it quickly.

Clients outside India

If you are paying from outside India, ask us for the options available for your country and currency. Bank charges and currency conversion can reduce the amount received, so tell us if you need the invoice amount to be received in full.

Staying Safe When Paying

Payment fraud often uses messages that look like they come from a supplier. We will never ask you for your card PIN, a one-time password (OTP) or your UPI PIN, and we will never ask you to install a screen-sharing app to make a payment. If you receive a message claiming that our bank details have changed, do not pay until you have confirmed it with us by calling +91 88274 09728.

To receive money through UPI you never need to enter your UPI PIN, so a request asking you to enter your PIN in order to receive a refund is a sign of fraud. If you think you have paid the wrong account, contact your bank immediately and then let us know.

Payment Questions

If you are not sure which invoice is due, how much is outstanding or whether a payment has reached us, send us a message with your business name and invoice number. We can share a statement of your account showing invoices, payments received and the balance.

Can I pay part of an invoice?

For staged website projects, payments follow the milestones in your proposal. For other invoices, please talk to us before making a part payment, so that we can agree how the balance will be handled and avoid any interruption to your service.

What if my payment fails or is debited twice?

If money has left your account but the payment shows as failed, your bank or payment app usually reverses it automatically within a few working days. Share the transaction reference with us and we will check whether we received it. If the same invoice has been paid twice, tell us and we will confirm the duplicate and agree with you whether to refund it or adjust it against your next invoice.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. Once your payment is matched, we confirm it on WhatsApp or by email, and the invoice is marked as paid in your account statement. Ask us if you need a separate payment receipt for your records or your accountant.
