What Affects Your Price
DND Teams works remotely with businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada and Australia from our base in Bhopal, India. Our costs are lower than local agencies, so we can price well below typical local rates while keeping premium deliverables: a named contact, calls in your time zone, written scopes and monthly reports.
Every quotation is based on your requirements. The main factors are:

Why don't you show one fixed price per service?
Because two businesses rarely need the same scope. We price on your requirements: scope, number of pages or features, platforms and channels, timeline, integrations and volume. The example packages show typical ranges, and you get a written quotation with the exact price before any work starts.
What are the starter packages?
Small, one-time first projects for each service, such as an SEO audit or a WhatsApp API set-up, so you can try our work at low cost before a larger engagement. Starter packages are paid in advance and have no minimum term.
Is there a minimum order or minimum term?
There is no minimum order. Monthly services, including SEO, social media, ads management and messaging plans, have a 3-month minimum term because results take time; starter packages have no minimum term.
Are WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and call charges included?
No. Message and call usage is billed at cost on top of our fee: Meta's per-message WhatsApp fees (or you can pay Meta directly on your own account) and the carrier fees for SMS, RCS and voice minutes. Rates differ by country, so we include an estimate for your volumes in the quotation.
Is ad spend included in paid ads management?
No. Ad budgets are paid by you directly to Google, Meta or other platforms. Our fee covers set-up, management, testing and reporting.
Which currency and payment methods do you accept?
We quote and invoice international clients in USD. You can pay by international bank transfer or card; see the Pay Online page for current options.
How can you be cheaper than local agencies?
Our team is based in Bhopal, India, so our costs are lower than agencies in New York, London or Dubai. We work in your time zone for calls and keep the same deliverables, reporting and accountability.
